In order to request mediators for disputes, an agency must be a participating member of the SN Program.

1. To join the SN Program, the agency must sign the Agency Agreement to Participate and forward it to the SN Program Coordinator at sharedneutrals@fmcs.gov

2. The agency is required to follow all of the program responsibilities and provide volunteer employees to participate as mediators in the program.
