The Office of Field Operations (National) oversees the implementation of projects, initiatives, cases, and programs with a cross-cutting national focus. The Office is responsible for overseeing all service delivery associated with education and training, in addition to the statutory requirements outlined in the Administrative Dispute Resolution Acts of 1990 and 1996, the Negotiated Rulemaking Act of 1990, and all other current and future authorities. The Office includes the National Projects Team, the Office of Conflict Management & Prevention / International and the Center for Conflict Resolution Education.
