Office of Field Administration

The Office of Field Administration provides direct administrative support to Field Managers and Mediators as well as agency staff.  From greeting, referring, and assisting customers to preparing documents and reports, compiling records, scheduling meetings, organizing, and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, analyzing data including budgetary expenditures, and providing general office support, we are the heartbeat of the agency. We are streamlining our concepts, practices, and procedures in day-to-day taskings, to execute each field program with quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.  Our dedication to first-line communication and excellent organizational skills is what keeps our field team in harmony and compliance with agency directives, supporting our customers as well as each other.
