FMCS, LERA, and ILERA are excited to bring you this unique joint conference that brings together the finest practitioners, academics, and neutrals in the world of labor relations. You will not want to miss this one-of-a-kind event. LERA’s mission bridges research, practice, policy, and stakeholders. ILERA’s general purpose is to promote the study of labor and employment relations throughout the world in the relevant academic disciplines. The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is a federal agency that works to build better, more effective workplace relationships and mitigate the damage from inevitable conflict through preventive dialogue, honest communication, and responsive strategies.

One registration fee will cover admission for general program sessions at all three organizations.
All participants and attendees must register, including speakers and discussants (chairs, moderators, panelists, presenters, speakers, discussants, etc.).
The early bird registration deadline is March 25, 2024. Online registration will be open through June 18, 2024. After that, onsite registration will be offered at the headquarters hotel, the Hilton Midtown Manhattan, beginning June 26, 2024. Onsite registration will open at 7 am on the opening day of the conference and at 8 am on the second, third, fourth, and fifth day of the conference. Meet the Neutrals Speed Networking EventSelectors of ADR Neutrals (arbitrators and mediators) in labor-management and employment disputes will meet one another in small-group settings that shift at pre-set intervals on Wednesday from 5:15 – 7:15 pm. This event is co-sponsored by Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI); American Arbitration Association (AAA); JAMS; National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA); International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR); and the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. The administrating agencies, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) and National Mediation Board (NMB), invite neutrals and those who select them for a historic speed-networking event! |

Subway Series Baseball GameAs a fun networking event, we have secured a block of tickets for the final game of the Subway Series! Seat numbers in our block will be randomly assigned to those who purchase a ticket, but we can move around our block once we are there. The ticket block is Section 111. Transportation will be on your own. First pitch between the New York Mets and the New York Yankees will be at Citi Field at 7:10. Tickets are limited, so reserve yours soon!
