National Projects Team

The Office of National Projects designs and delivers professional conflict management and dispute resolution programs and services throughout all industries and employment sectors.  This includes the coordination of national-impact projects, including the agency’s public policy negotiated rulemaking (PPNR) services under the Negotiated Rule-Making Act and the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act.

National Projects Team members effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and improve national-impact projects and programming; partner with other mediators in all lines of service delivery; organize and facilitate mediator-working groups in industries and sectors of high demand and need for increased knowledge; and lead the agency in discovering new technologies to help FMCS employees perform more efficient and effective service delivery.
