Office of Client Services

Welcome! The vision for the newly created Office of Client Services, is to improve our client experience with the best efficiency possible. We will look at how we can provide the best services to our customers from A to Z. From website design change, client outreach, marketing and education, to receiving F-7 and Worksite Adverse Action (10-day) Notices, service requests related to labor contract related issues or processes, LM Partnerships/Forums, and other requests), service delivery (mediation, training, facilitation), tracking and customer interaction and feedback.

The Office of Client Services manages Requests for services, Arbitration, Shared Neutrals (currently suspended), Notices to FMCS, and Federal Inter-Agency Agreements.
