Office of Client Services

Welcome! The vision for the newly created Office of Client Services is to improve our client experience in 2023 and beyond. We will look at how we can provide the best services to our customers from A to Z. From website design change, client outreach, marketing and education, to F7 Notices, service requests (labor contract related issues or processes, LM Partnerships/Forums, and other requests), service delivery (mediation, training, facilitation), tracking and customer interaction and feedback.

The Office of Client Services also manages Arbitration, Shared Neutrals, Notices to FMCS, and Federal Inter-Agency Agreements.
