Description: LERA's 36th Annual Collective Bargaining and Arbitration Conference is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, April 18 and 19, 2013 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington. The LERA conference will feature workshops to fit all levels of experience, from the new steward, manager, business agent, human resources administrator or bargaining team member, to the more seasoned labor relations practitioner.
