FMCS is headquartered in Washington, D.C., with a national network of regional and field offices that support dispute resolution and labor-management services across the United States.

The National Headquarters provides overall leadership and coordination of agency operations, while regional and field offices deliver direct support to parties engaged in mediation, facilitation, training, and other FMCS services in their local areas.
