Upon account creation, the new user will receive a welcome email where the user is directed to reset their password. The account will be activated once the password has been reset. Grant Admins will be able to assign users to a grant only after an account has been activated by the new user.

User Login *

Username should consists of the user's first initial and last name. For example, if the user's name is John Smith the username should be set to jsmith. Usernames are unique and sometimes there might be a username already in use. When this happens just add a digit to the end of the username.

Grant App Admin: Access to all Grants with Admin rights
Grant App User: Access to assigned Grants with selected rights

Organization *

If organization name is provided, it will display in the grant user list instead of first and last name.

Enter Password (optional - if you don't provide a password, the system will create one and email it to the user)

Confirm Password
