Description:

It is possible to have a trustful and productive relationship with “the other side” and still strongly represent your own constituency. Traditional, adversarial bargaining usually begins with each side staking out its position. In contrast, interest-based bargaining (IBB) begins with all parties discussing what their needs are. Both parties work on an issue together, explore options and find a solution that meets the key interests of both sides.

In this 90 minute webinar, you will be introduced to the key concepts  of IBB, get an overview of the process, and have the opportunity to explore whether IBB  would be a good fit for  your workplace.

This course is presented online.
