LEADING & MANAGING CHALLENGING SITUATIONS IN A REMOTE ENVIRONMENT

This is a series of interactive webinars for SEA members designed to help navigate the challenges of managing in remote environments.  This series of programs will be based on two pillars – experiential training and a peer coaching using the peer cohort approach. Each module would focus on a specific aspect of leadership and management in remote environments and contain both informational/theoretical elements, exercises for practical applications, and time for shared experiences and peer coaching.
