Description:
Develop the negotiation style that’s right for you. This interactive workshop focuses on techniques for 21st century contract negotiations. The workshop covers traditional and interest-based negotiations.   The workshop will teach participants how to negotiate collective bargaining agreements.

Participants will receive an FMCS Certificate of Training upon completion of the course.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be fully refunded less a $100.00 processing fee. In lieu of a refund, participants who cancel at least 7 days in advance will be given the option of enrollment in the next offering of this course at no additional cost.

No-shows and cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the webinar date are not eligible for a refund
