As tier 1 and tier 2 centers achieve a one or two star rating, consultant begins to assess needed quality improvements for 3 and/or 4 star ratings at these centers. A staff credential survey will be part of this assessment
Hold FMCS training on the Modified Traditional Bargaining Process, in preparation for bargaining second Master contract
