Planning & Evaluation: Engage FMCS to conduct Labor-Management portion of the training; Coordinate with Lean/QAPI Trainer; Book training site and schedule coverage for workers.

Curriculum to include: Teambuilding; What is QAPI?; Why QAPI is important to the facility and residents; how to work as a team; roles and responsibilities; collaboration and building consensus; How to handle conflict; how to conduct effective meetings; What is the LEAN method and how can you use it to support QAPI?; How to use LEAN in healthcare; and next steps for the Team.
