Requests for Arbitration Panels Interim Final Rule 8/28/2026 FMCS published an interim final regulation to amend its arbitration services regulations to clarify the circumstances in which the Office of Arbitration may decline to issue an arbitration panel, make a direct appointment, or provide related arbitration services.
