Facilitation skills have become a core competency for effective workplace leaders.  Whether you are a manager, union representative, supervisor, HR professional or team leader this course will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to facilitate group activities.

Course participants will be exposed to a wide range of facilitation styles, observe effective facilitation techniques, and practice facilitation skills in guided simulations. If you want meetings that are both productive and time efficient this highly-interactive class is for you.

Upon successful completion of the course participants will receive a certificate. This course will offer HRCI and SHRM credits.
