Please Note: The staff and faculty for the Labor Arbitration course require a clear bio of your Collective Bargaining Experience to be completed and submitted prior to acceptance to the course, if you intend to apply for placement on the FMCS Arbitrator Roster. This bio must outline, unambiguously, your years of collective bargaining. Payment is not due for the Labor Arbitration course until your bio has been reviewed and approved, you will be notified how to complete the payment process after review.

The Institute will enforce the following cancellation policy: Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be refunded the full amount less a $50.00 processing fee. No-shows and cancellations received less than 7 days before the seminar date are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions may be made at any time.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled course without prior notice. In the event a scheduled course is cancelled, the Institute will refund course fees in full. In the event a scheduled course is postponed, the Institute will credit course fees toward the rescheduled course or, if the registrant will not attend the rescheduled course, will refund course fees in full.

In the event of course cancellation or postponement, the Institute's liability is limited to a refund of course fees only. The Institute is not liable for and will not compensate registrants for any other fees or costs incurred by the registrant, including, but not limited to, airline and hotel cancellation fees
