Lockout at Pilgrim Nuclear Plant Ends with Agreement Overseen by Mediator Release Date: 7/10/2012 Union workers at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station in Plymouth MA have approved a new four-year contract, ending a month-long lockout and three months of contentious contract talks. Members of Local 369 of the Utility Workers Union of America voted to ratify the new contract with Entergy Corp., the nuclear plant owner, after a federal mediator joined the negotiations and assisted the parties in reaching a settlement.
