The Committee Effectiveness Training (CET) series was designed to help labor-management groups of all kinds — area and industry committees, steering committees, teams, task forces, employee advisory groups — acquire the knowledge and skills they need to become effective contributors in a group process and accomplish their goals.

CET is needs-based. The Needs Assessment Questionnaire enables the mediator to tailor the workshop to the specific needs and time constraints of the group.
