The Value of Online Surveys

Can surveys help your organization open new lines of communication and new levels of understanding with your constituencies?

Participants are given a user ID and password. They use a computer from home, work or at a representative’s office to access their survey via our Internet site.

One obvious benefit of online surveys is how easily you can get information to, and back from, geographically dispersed people. Additional benefits are data organization, demographic breakdown, immediate, interim and final results compilation that is also spreadsheet and database friendly. We even have a vote-then-view option for those wanting to know immediate results.

Examples of survey use include pre-bargaining, labor management committee training and/or agendas, conference planning, youth violence in schools, and business plan input/ feedback.

This sample survey might be used to help labor-management committee members assess their needs and chart a course for improvement. Click here to view it.
