Location: Online Event plus Washington, DC Seminars

Agenda:
Effectively dealing with workplace conflict is a useful way to bring many important issues to light, open the lines of communication and strengthen relationships. Conflicts have become so common in the workplace, we have become conditioned to think in terms of two sides—management vs. labor, employers vs employees, team vs. team, etc. Unmanaged conflicts in the workplace can lead to reduced levels of cooperation and teamwork, diminished employee commitments and lower levels of productivity.
Who will benefit from this training?
All labor, management, federal agency, and business professionals who want to enjoy the benefits of having effective dispute resolution and people skills, less stress, greater harmony and improved productivity.
