Description: Facilitation skills have become a core competency for effective workplace leaders. Whether you are a manager, union representative, supervisor, HR professional or team leader this course will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to facilitate group activities. If you want meetings that are both productive and time efficient this highly-interactive class is for you. Experienced Federal Mediators will serve as your coaches as you learn and practice the techniques needed to enable groups to reach appropriate and positive outcomes

Build consensus and deal with resistance
