With help from FMCS Commissioner Kitty Simmons, Yellow Check Star Transportation and striking cab drivers--members of the Industrial Technical and Professional Employees Local 4873--have approved a new collective bargaining agreement to end a lengthy strike that had impacted operations at Las Vegas' second largest taxi company.

 

Both sides credited Commissioner Simmons with helping them to find the common ground to end their long and contentious dispute, which began March 3.
