The Milbank Manufacturing Co., a Kansas City MO company, and United Steel Workers Local 13-07  have issued a joint statement announcing that they have reached a tentative agreement to end an ongoing lockout. The joint statement said meetings with a federal mediator resulted in a tentative agreement, which is subject ratification by union members.
