FMCS assisted with collective bargaining negotiations between Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA) and Air Engineering and Metal Trades Council (AEMTC) at Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC). FMCS-led interest-based bargaining training helped the parties reach a successful and early contract agreement. The parties were later awarded the 2009 Labor Award of Excellence by the Tennessee Labor Management Center for their distinguished labor-management cooperation.
