FMCS assisted with collective bargaining negotiations between Wm. T. Burnett and Company and IUE-CWA Local 75, providing training and facilitating a labor-management committee that led to a successful contract agreement. This was the first time the membership had ratified a contract without rejection. The labor-management committee has been up and running since the conclusion of the negotations.
