FMCS Provides Help In Negotiations for New Group Health Benefits Plan
Using best practices, FMCS helps labor and management address collective bargaining issues.
Following a strike over failed negotiations, FMCS helped Group Health Cooperative and six unions reach agreement on a new health benefits plan covering more than 3,600 workers.
In negotiations mediated by FMCS, Seattle based Group Health Cooperative and six unions reached agreement for a new healthcare plan. The Total Health Program, launched in 2010, will cover more than 3,600 nurses, medical assistants and other union workers.
