34th Arbitration Symposium Back to Calendar
May 9 - 10, 2013
Description: FMCS and the Labor and Employment Relations Association (L.E.R.A.) and (N.A.A.) is designed for all members of the labor-management community and practicing arbitrators to discuss issues of concern, exhchange ideas, and review developments in labor and employment arbitration. Discussion, presentations, and training are made by distinguished attorneys and members of the National Academy of Arbitrators.

Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Daily times may vary. Please see agenda below.)

Location: Golden Nugget Hotel, Huron Ave. & Brigantine Blvd., Atlantic City, NJ 08401

Hotel reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 24, 2013. You must identify yourself with FMCS or group code. 'AMED13' to receive the FMCS rate. Please call the Golden Nugget Reservations, Sunday through Saturday, 7:00am. to midnight at 1-800-777-8477, option #3.

Registration Fee:

Wednesday and Thursday night only, at the reduced rate of $95.00 per person plus taxes. $140.00 per person, and includes Continential breakfast, luncheon, and two coffee breaks.

Registration after April 26, 2013 is $160.00. No refunds after April 26, 2013. Participants substitutions are allowed.

For additional fee of $15.00, four hours of C.L.E. credits are offered to attorneys from Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Credits are only for full-day training on Thursday and the Symposium on Friday. One hour of Ethics is included on only Friday's program. Applicant's signature is required on the C.L.E. sign-in sheets on the day of the training.
